I feel corny to admit it, but as soon as I read through the track list we got from Nora I immediately thought of my high school ex-girlfriend. A lot of these songs are by bands she was obsessed with and would play all the time on the long drives we would take up and down highway 101 back in California. Then I realized Nora titled her playlist “For You,” and I no longer felt as lame for being sappy as shit.
Her picks were supposed to evoke those types of feelings, so I embraced it and let the whole thing play out. If for some reason the same thing happens to you, I promise you’ll make it through just fine and will enjoy every song on here.
