The legend of Raspa runs deep in Jenkem lore, and through the years he’s made powerful strides in the ways of videography. Of course, by powerful strides, I mean documenting the most hairy situations and bringing after-hours skate event content to the masses.
With the hype building around “Baker Has A Deathwish 2,” a long-awaited sequel to what most would call a skate cult classic, we knew we had to carry on the tradition, so we had our friends Marco Hernandez and Austin Leleu do their best Raspa impressions at the premiere, pressing record and hitting the open bar.
What followed is something we only see a few times a year in the LA scene: a link-up of legends from all corners of the industry, appreciating one of the great houses of skateboarding.

Great post! The video is epic and does not disappoint! Reynolds last trick down the newly fixed up el toro was fucking unreal. So happy for him. Thank you skateboarding!!

Jenkem, you should rename yourself. I think you guys are becoming just a tad bit soft and dropping the ball. Censoring inoffensive comments? Just make people have to sign in and create an account and cut the shit. Your site is called “Jenkem”. It should be called “Karen”.
You guys are no doubt, vaccinated.

Agreed, they’ve gotten away from their title…. I was into JENKEM and still check it out, I’ve been into skateboarding for 35 plus years for a completely different reason…. And it’s not the fukn Olympics….

I see why they had an open bar/tequila flowing etc at the premiere. It’s the only way people would be able to sit through this mess.
These are the companies that kicked moose off the team? Ummm…..
Also did strobek film a bunch of this? I certainly hope so. Otherwise, you mean to tell me that you guys willingly copied his aesthetic and pervert slow mo zoomed in roll ups and underage, shirtless roll aways? My god… what a tragedy for such an established brand.

Yeah, that sucks. Could you please post a time stamp from the vid where they had pervert slow mo zoomed in roll ups and underage, shirtless roll aways? Watched the vid twice and I think I’ve missed it because the video sucks obviously. It is so ass I might watch it again even. shit.
