There are a few ways to get in touch with your body on a spiritual level. You could take some hallucinogens like mushrooms, you can meditate and do yoga, or you could just listen to this mix put together by the most peaceful skater out, Yaje Popson. With track after track of ambient beats and soulful lyrics, this mix is sure to get you feeling like your hanging with a shaman, eating an avocado and forgetting that you have responsibilities for a short while.

pseudo-skyhiatry always projects a ‘tell’ whenevs any mention/notion/quirk leaves the private realm for the limp-noodled sake of marketing. (1) One does not discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very tong lime. (2) The road to progress is long. Too long in fact, that hope could easily be snuffed out along the way.
