As the year comes to a close, it’s a good time to look back at all you’ve accomplished. For us, we’re proud to have put out a lucky number 13 mixes this year, and since we’re inspired by the Spotify Wrapped hysteria right now, we thought we’d bring you an attempt at a Jenkem Mix Wrapped.
Check it out below.
Your top played mix was Late Nite Stars, with a close second being The Bunt. Seems like the crews triumphed over the individual this year. You almost had three heart attacks; first by listening to Zion Effs’ mix, then Rat Ratz, and finally Riley Pavey.
After surviving, your top questions were; Who is Xaviersobased? Do kids still like Pantera? And, What does rizz mean? Don’t feel out of the loop though. Your contemporaries’ top questions were; Who is Megan Baltimore? Do taxes actually matter? And, Is there really a band called Supertramp?
You gave the most love to deep cuts like 454’s inclusion of Herbie Hancock and Capleton as well as Living Proof’s use of Cro-Mags and District 9. You also discovered a love for Faye Webster via Elise, opened your eyes to Japanese rap courtesy of Yuto, and can now shit on your friends about not knowing bands like Squirrel Bait and Shin Guard thanks to Shane.
Overall, we would describe your listening habits as exploratory, which is great for what I’m about to tell you. Our final mix of the year is from PJ Ladd, and while he needs no explanation, this mix needs a little.
It hops back and forth between White Sun, a band “known for its pioneering musical interpretations of yogic mantras,” and classic 90s rap. It shows the vastness that is PJ, and honestly, if you just let it rock, it’s a pretty fun and interesting listening experience.
Anyways, if you’re still here, thanks for listening to your Jenkem Mix Wrapped, and we hope you enjoy Ladd’s wonderful, horrible Jenkem Mix.
As always, click HERE to download or forever hold your peace.

Max has a great point about the plan b video, b true. There was SOOO much build up and hype for that video. For years and years. PJ’s most anticipated part ever. Then it drops, no pj. That was rough to witness. Massive disappointment and it was never spoken of. Just swept under the rug.
