You can’t start a music feature on a skate site without including the former SOTY, John Cardiel. It’s as simple as that. Luckily Mic-E Reyes from DLX was there with the assist and helped us get in touch him – and John was nice enough to take his time and send over a heavy 18 song playlist. Our buddy Shift mixed it down into one streaming mp3 so you can listen here or download it for later. If you never really listened to reggae, now is your time to give it a chance.

Sick. Cardiel turned me on to Barrington Levy’s album Run Come Ya in a video clip (Epicly Later’d?) which is a super good reggae album that I didn’t know about at all. Definitely psyched to check this shit out.
