Hello again!
We are looking to bring on some people to help us get shit in order over here as we grow and continue to try and bring you the best skate related content we can. We’re looking to bring on a Part Time E-Commerce Manager as well as an Editorial Intern, starting sooner than later. Anyone who wants the gig must be able to make it to the New York area / live near by. Our offices are located among warehouses and hipsters in Bushwick, Brooklyn. If you are interested check out the nitty gritty below. Compensation includes cold hard cash, skateboard stuff, and other “assorted goods.”
Part Time E-Commerce Manager
Past experience running or working for a brand or a retail background is a must! No bums! You must be able to:
– Have knowledge of Shipstation and Shopify backends
– Be able to manage web orders
– Pack and ship orders
– Manage warehouse storage
– Correspond with happy (and sometimes angry) customers
– Must not be psycho
Editorial Intern for Spring 2017
Past editorial experience is a must! Solid writing and basic video editing skills (no iMovie) are a must! Can give college credit. You must be able to:
– Draft up smart / fun / kinky interview questions
– Transcribe interviews
– Copy edit
– Build out and manage social media channels
– Nerd out on skateboarding
– Know what WordPress is and how to use it
– Understand basic HTML like < strong > and other Myspace friendly code
