The world lost an icon on October 12th, 2016 with the passing of Dylan Rieder. After battling and beating leukemia twice, Dylan, surrounded by friends and family in Los Angeles, passed away from complications of his illness.
We wanted to honor Dylan’s legacy with a special ode, compiling footage from his early days at Osiris going all the way through his Supreme and Fucking Awesome rampage. No matter his age, Dylan was wholly himself and eternally inimitable.
In lieu of sending flowers, Dylan’s family requests donations be made in his memory to Dr. Stephen Forman. Please address checks to; City of Hope, in memo line: to Dr. Stephen Forman for Dylan Rieder.

I survived stage 2/3 colorectal cancer and am still amazed I’m alive and skating, beyond stoked at my luck. Dylan passing hit so close to home, the skate world lost a legend and it just makes me appreciate life even more….shit everyone should. Sorely missed and definitely never forgotten
