You totally left out one of the biggest fads/trends of the late 80’s/early 90’s: Matt Hensley cargo shorts (especially paired with a chain wallet). Also, the Chad Muska capris seemed to me like an adaptation of Sean Sheffey’s one rolled-up pant leg East Coast style. And I think Neil Blender kinda pioneered the baggy shorts thing in the 80’s, rather than Rodrigo in the 90’s. How about Cab’s buffalo-checkered shorts with suspenders hanging, Hosoi’s t-shirt cape/tail-flap, or Gator’s shorts-over-leggings look?
